- Payment information — payments are processed by third-party providers. I do not store your full card details.
- Basic usage data — such as browser type, pages visited and approximate location, used to keep the site working and improve it.
2. How I use your information
- To reply to your request and prepare quotes.
- To deliver, support and maintain the work you order.
- To send the newsletter if you subscribed (you can unsubscribe at any time).
- To prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.
3. Sharing
I do not sell your personal information. I only share it with services I need to operate (for example hosting, email and payment providers), or when required by law.
4. Data retention
I keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required for accounting and legal reasons.
5. Your rights
You can ask me to access, correct or delete your personal information at any time by contacting me.
6. Changes
I may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it was last changed.
Refund Policy
All sales are final
I do not offer refunds. Once a payment has been made, it is non-refundable.
1. Why no refunds
All of my work — Discord bots, websites, apps and custom projects — is built specifically for each client. Time, planning and development begin as soon as a project is confirmed, so payments cannot be returned.
2. What this covers
- Upfront payments and deposits.
- Milestone payments.
- Hosting or maintenance payments already billed.
- Completed, partially completed or cancelled projects.
3. Before you pay
Please ask any questions and review the project scope, price and timeline before paying. Every project starts with a request and a quote so you know exactly what you are getting.
4. Fixes & revisions
While I do not issue refunds, I will fix bugs and issues in delivered work that do not match the agreed scope, as described in the project quote and the support period included with it.
5. Chargebacks
Opening a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting me may result in the project being stopped and access to delivered work being removed.
Terms of Service
By using this website, sending a request or paying for my services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Services
userxdev provides design and development services including Discord bots, websites, apps and custom software. The exact scope, price and timeline for each project are agreed in the quote before work begins.
2. Pricing & payment
- Prices shown on the website are starting prices. Final pricing depends on the project scope.
- Work begins after the agreed payment or deposit is received.
- Monthly plans are billed in advance and continue until cancelled.
3. No refunds
All payments are final and non-refundable. See my Refund Policy for details.
4. Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate information, content and feedback on time.
- Make sure any content you give me (logos, text, images) is yours to use.
- Do not use my work for anything illegal or that breaks the terms of platforms such as Discord.
5. Timelines & revisions
Delivery times are estimates and may change if the scope changes or feedback is delayed. Revisions are included as described in the quote; extra changes outside the agreed scope may be billed separately.
6. Ownership
Once the project is fully paid, you own the final delivered work. I may keep and reuse general code, tools and know-how that are not specific to your project, and may show the finished work in my portfolio unless you ask me not to.
7. Hosting & third-party services
Some projects rely on third-party services (such as hosting providers, Discord or payment processors). I am not responsible for their outages, changes or policies.
8. Limitation of liability
My services are provided "as is". To the maximum extent allowed by law, userxdev is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and my total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the project.
9. Termination
I may stop work or refuse service if these terms are broken. Payments already made remain non-refundable.
10. Changes
I may update these terms at any time. Continued use of my services means you accept the updated terms.
